Each ornament design is hand-carved, inked, and pressed by hand onto a slab on kiln-dried birch. Once dry, I fill in the design with gold ink. The ornament comes with a gold string for hanging, and measures about 3.5” - 4” in diameter.
Every ornament is a one-of-a-kind piece due to the slight variations in the nature of linocut printing and the wood. Despite the variations, my promise is that the most important parts of the print (faces, halos, words, etc) will be clearly printed. See the final photo for examples of variable shapes.
